Cyclical objectives are broken and need to be reworked. <ul><li>Fix cyclical objectives exponential duplication that could cause some Talers accounts to stop working.</li><li>All objectives should be linked to an user rather than a project (while we don’t have shared objectives).</li><li>Add a new view for cyclical objectives, showing the results by period in a graph.</li></ul>
